Community groups and businesses that would like the participate in the Midsummer Faire should submit a participation form for consideration of inclusion in the event.
Questions about participating in the 2016 Midsummer Faire as a food or commercial booth can be directed to Mike Bouchard, Midsummer Faire chairman, at 612-840-9016.

at Midsummer Faire
The 2016 Rosemount Leprechaun Days Midsummer Faire will be from 5-11 p.m. Friday, July 29, and 1-11 p.m. Saturday, July 30, in Rosemount’s Central Park, 2893 145th St. W.
The fair is organized each year by the Rosemount Leprechaun Days Committee.
It will include:
• Fireworks show at 10 p.m. Saturday, July 30.
• Musical entertainment each evening July 29 and 30.
• Carnival rides that aim to amaze.
• Carnival games with chances to win prizes, such as gigantic stuffed animals.
• Several food booths.
• Community groups and businesses offering information and sometimes fun activities so people can learn more about them.
• Beer garden, which will also have limited mixed drinks, operated by Celts Pub & Grill.
This year’s vendors will be:
Nitch’s Kitchen - New Zealand Meat Pies, banana cake, lemonade and water.
Dutch Poffertjes - Poffertjes (mini-pancake pastries), Sroopwafels (caramel waffle cookies), Frites (Dutch tater tots), milk shakes.
Concessions by D. Landstener - Philly cheese steak, fresh-cut curly fries with cheese, fried Oreos, fried Twinkies.
Jamba Juice - Fruit smoothies, snacks.
Little Fox Wagon - Hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, fresh-cut fries, pop and water.
Maggie’s Pronto Brats - Pronto brats, pronto cheddar brats, pronto cheddar and jalapeño brats.
Rita’s Italian Ice of Apple Valley - Italian ice, water and pop.
Jim’s Mini Donuts - Mini donuts, nachos with cheese, cotton candy, beverages and water.
Chick-fil-A of Apple Valley - Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches, chips, chocolate chunk cookies and water.
Northern Aloha Ice - Hawaiian shaved ice.
Heavenly Feast BBQ - BBQ pork sandwiches, ribs, miscellaneous sides and pop.
Knights of Columbus - Pork chop on a stick, water and pop.
Lemon Heaven - Fresh squeezed lemonade, iced tea.
Celts Pub of Rosemount - Beer and
John Huot for House - Pop, root beer floats and lemonade.
